    We have many more designs then we can list on our website. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We will do our best to find and upload images to fit your needs.
     
  • Why should I save my garments in the "My Saved Items" space?
    Saving your items means that you as a user can have easy access back into a designed item. This means if you want to hold off on ordering or re-order the piece you can with just a click of a button.
     
  • What do I do if I receive an error message and can't check out?
    Save your item, log out of the system and then log back in. Open up your my saved items, select the desired garment, and try again.
     
  • What is the difference between the "My Saved Items" and the "Items I've Bought" links?
    The items you've bought link will only populate items which you have officially purchased. The items you saved space can be used to pre-create ideas and modify current items, you as a user will have to save the items for them to populate here.
     
  • What if I want my text in a different color then what is available on the site?
    Let us know what color you're looking for in the "Special Instructions" box during check out.
     
  • How do I track my purcahse order?
    As soon as your package is shipped you will receive an e-mail from us containing your tracking number. Go to UPS.com and imput your tracking number to view your package(s) status.
     
  • What If I want to upload my own design or company logo?
    Send your custom design or logo to create@threadsembroiderystore.com for a free quote. A one time digitizing fee will apply. Please specify the size that you require your design or logo to be and what product you would like to have it embroidered on. Then minimum requirement for all images is 300dpi and in a jpeg format. PDF files are also acceptable. If you are having problems e-mailing the file due to it's size please let us know and we can provide you login information to our FTP site.
